Great experience today with Michelle and Paul. I came in late in the day without an appointment, and they were able to take care of numerous items on my Volkswagen Jetta. I have been to other Volkswagen dealership service departments and this is the first time I was at Panama City. Definitely a positive experience!
My VW Golf broke a rear spring 1,000 miles from my home and the staff at Panama City, FL VW diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and made the repairs. Mirea was the highlight of the experience. Her customer service was 10 out of 10. That’s the reason for the 5 star review. However, as a first time customer, it was disappointing to learn that I had an oil leak and that I was 1 day beyond my warranty. Despite Mirea’s efforts on my behalf, the dealership was unwilling to do anything for me for this repair. I had already spent $316 for service that day, but apparently that wasn’t enough money. I highly recommend this VW dealerships service department. We were on vacation in Panama City Beach and our VW started acting up and the engine light came on. We took it in the service center that same day and even though we did not have an appointment and they were busy Michelle in the service center got us in.
